The Host Country Affairs Section of the United States Mission to the United Nations offers assistance to the United Nations Community in arranging Courtesies of the Port (Arrivals) for high-ranking foreign officials arriving at New York City area airports, as well as facilitating Airport Escort Screening Courtesies (Departures) for Cabinet level Ministerial officials departing from any United States airport.
 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING COURTESIES OF PORT

  • After completing your courtesy of port paperwork, save it as a Word document (yourcountry.doc) and email as an attachment to: USUNAirportarrivals@state.gov.
  • If your email does not automatically open upon clicking above link, copy our address, open a new email, paste the address into an email, and be sure to include the attachment.
  • Finally, if you are unable to email the forms fax them to (212) 415-4162.
